医院（Hospital）一词来自于拉丁文，原意为“客人”，是供人避难，使来者舒适，有招待之意。后来才逐渐成为满足人类医疗需求，提供医疗服务的专业机构。
The word hospital is derived from Latin and originally meant guest, to whom it offered refuge, comfort and hospitality.  Later, it gradually became a professional institution that took care of people’s needs and provided medical services.

现在，上海嘉会国际医院志愿者项目正式成立，我们将根据志愿者的才能、兴趣以及空闲时间，为他们分配合适的志愿者岗位。
